According to the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office, 37-year-old David Neal Simmons was booked at 12:26 p.m. on September 11. Simmons is charged with two counts of felony breaking or entering – building/structure, two counts of felony theft of property, felony possession of a controlled substance (Schedule I or II – methamphetamine or cocaine under 2 grams), and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond has been set at $17,500.00.
