On Wednesday, the Thayer-Mammoth Spring Rotary met for its weekly meeting. At the meeting was guest speaker Trey Steimel, who is one of the Arkansas State Representatives. He covered a very broad spectrum of topics, one being about the new Healthy Moms, Healthy Babies Act.
