A 31-year-old Ash Flat man is behind bars following his arrest by the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday night. Authorities say Austin Spencer Patterson was taken into custody around 7:48 p.m. on September 10. Patterson is facing multiple charges, including felony possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine or cocaine), felony possession of drug paraphernalia, and habitual offender status. He is currently being held in the Fulton County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
