A Mississippi man was killed, and a passenger was injured when their motorcycle collided with a deer in Stone County. According to the Arkansas State Police, the crash happened at 5:47 p.m. on September 7 along State Highway 14 near Norman Road in Fifty Six. Authorities say 57-year-old Steve Grisham of Belzoni, Mississippi, was traveling westbound on a 2023 Kawasaki KLR when the motorcycle struck a deer and overturned. Grisham suffered fatal injuries in the crash. His passenger, 57-year-old Angela Grisham, also of Belzoni, was transported to UAMS in Little Rock for treatment of her injuries.
