Three injured in crash east of South Fork yesterday

Three people, including two children, were injured in a crash late Friday morning east of South Fork. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident happened at 11:10 a.m. on September 12 on U.S. Highway 160, three miles east of South Fork. Authorities say a 1999 Nissan Altima driven by a 29-year-old female of West Plains traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck an embankment. All three occupants suffered minor injuries. They were transported by ambulance to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains for treatment.
