Kelsie Guiltner was taken to Ozark County Jail from Douglas County for a court appearance and was seen on surveillance removing a plastic baggie from her mouth and putting it on a railing. The contents of the baggie tested positive for meth. Footage also showed her trying to conceal a vape pen. Two other inmates handled the pen to avoid detection. Guiltner faces charges of delivery or possession of a controlled substance at a county jail, and delivery of a controlled substance, marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid to a person under 17 years old.
