27-year-old Devon Cole Rodriquez was arrested on charges of two felony counts of first-degree assault, felony unlawful possession of a firearm (as a felon), two felony counts of first-degree endangering the welfare of children, ages 6 and 6 months; felony first-degree property damage, felony unlawful use of a weapon (exhibiting), and felony resisting arrest. He is also charged with two misdemeanor offenses: DWI and operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner involving an accident. Bond is set at $7,500 cash.
