The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 42-year-old Robert R. Duncan, of Fremont, Missouri, yesterday at 8:45 a.m. in Reynolds County. He was taken into custody on a felony Reynolds County warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Duncan is being held at the Reynolds County Jail with no bond.
