A teen was killed and two teens were injured in an accident in Wright County. The Highway Patrol reports a 13 year old boy from Grovespring died, a 14 year old boy from Niangua suffered serious injuries and a 16 year old boy from Grovespring suffered minor injuries when the 16 year old ran off the road and overturned the vehicle he was driving, ejecting both passengers. The accident happened on M Highway, one mile west of Grovespring.
A woman from Wasola was killed in an accident in Southwest Missouri last week. The Highway Patrol says the 62 year old woman died after she drove off the road and hit a tree. The woman was taken from the accident to Mercy Hospital in Joplin where she later passed away. The accident happened on Missouri Route 76, five miles east of Anderson, Missouri.
A Sharp County man was killed in an accident in Craighead County. According to the Arkansas State Police. 64 year old George Berg of Highland was killed when a vehicle driven by 34 year old Travis Jones of Paragould crossed the centerline and hit the vehicle driven by Berg. The accident happened at the intersection of County Road 575 and State Highway 18.
