30-year-old Carissa Black was allegedly intoxicated and was being held in a patrol vehicle, and she allegedly kicked officers multiple times and kicked the vehicle. A portable breath test was used, and showed Black to have a blood-alcohol level of 0.195. Black is charged with two counts of third-degree assault of a special victim.
