Two Injured in Ozark County Crash

Two people were injured Wednesday afternoon in a crash on Highway T, ten miles south of Dora in Ozark County. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash happened at 2:25 p.m. when a northbound 2005 Dodge Dakota suffered a mechanical failure. The vehicle traveled off the right side of the road, overcorrected, then went off the left side and struck an embankment. The driver, a 47-year-old man from West Plains, was not listed as injured. A 38-year-old female passenger from Zanoni sustained minor injuries and was transported by Ozark County EMS to Ozarks Healthcare. The vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.
