A Lakeview woman was arrested Friday afternoon following a traffic stop conducted by the Arkansas State Police. According to authorities, 53-year-old Penny Lynn Blevins was taken into custody at 2:15 p.m. on October 3. She faces multiple charges, including felony possession of a controlled substance Schedule 3, driving while intoxicated, careless and prohibited driving, and no liability insurance. Blevins was booked with bond set at $2,190.
