
Koshkonong Elementary has been recognized for its outstanding student growth at the recent PRiME Center Growth Data Summit in Columbia, Missouri. The summit, hosted by the PRiME Center at St. Louis University and supported by the Missouri Charter Public School Association, celebrated schools across the state for academic gains in English Language Arts and Mathematics. Koshkonong Elementary earned four awards for sustained growth from 2022 to 2024:
- 1st in Mathematics Growth Among High-Poverty Schools
- 2nd in Mathematics Growth Among Rural Schools
- 3rd in Mathematics Growth For All Students
- 10th in English Language Arts Growth Among Rural Schools
School officials say the recognition highlights their ongoing commitment to academic excellence and supporting all learners. The summit also featured Missouri DESE Commissioner Dr. Karla Eslinger, along with educators and community leaders, who discussed strategies to strengthen student success through the Missouri Growth Score Model.
