55-year-old Robert Powell is charged with driving while intoxicated, resulting in the death of another, and first-degree involuntary manslaughter, both felonies. Powell was the driver of a vehicle that crashed on December 1st of 2024, killing a 25-year-old Mammoth Spring man. Powell was allegedly driving while intoxicated. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges. He will be in court on November 19th for a case setting.
