A Kennett, Missouri man was taken into custody Thursday afternoon in Howell County. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 21-year-old Lawrence Green was arrested at 3:59 p.m. on October 9. Green faces multiple charges, including being a fugitive from out of state, a felony probation violation warrant out of Craighead County, Arkansas, tampering with a motor vehicle, driving without a valid license, and exceeding the posted speed limit by 26 miles per hour or more. He was transported to the Howell County Jail and is being held without bond.
