Two men accused of violating the Arkansas Election law were in court Wednesday and pleaded not guilty.

Conrad Reynolds and Dustin Black are both charged after allegedly asking voters questions near the entrance of a Batesville polling site. Both are charged with a misdemeanor for electioneering. Attorney Mike Gableman argued that they were conducting legal exit polling, not electioneering.
