The Highway Patrol reports that a 19-year-old girl suffered serious injuries and a 17-year-old girl suffered moderate injuries when the 17-year-old crossed the centerline and hit the vehicle that the 19-year-old was in. Both girls were taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. On Monday afternoon, the accident happened on Highway 21, two miles east of Doniphan.
