Man connected to Fulton County double homicide is still at large

The person of interest in the double homicide case in Fulton County is still considered dangerous and at large. Investigators are searching for 32-year-old Jacob Lowell Smith in relation to the deaths of Tonya Stallings, 54, and Ashley Stallings, 33, both of Ash Flat. Smith is described as 6 feet 2 inches tall, with a slender build, blue eyes, and blonde hair that may have been dyed. He is heavily tattooed, including a distinctive bow tie tattoo on his neck and throat area. Investigators believe Smith may be traveling in a stolen red 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup, bearing Arkansas license plate BEH93R. Two firearms were also reported stolen from the scene. Authorities warn that Smith should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who sees him or knows his whereabouts is urged to contact the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office at 870-895-2601.
