John Cline was arrested and charged with two counts of rape, aggravated assault, two counts of sexual indecency with a child, second-degree terroristic threatening, and internet stalking of a child. Authorities say the investigation is ongoing and no further information is being released at this time. Cline was released Monday afternoon.
