Last Friday, officers with the Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop G Operation Relentless Pursuit Fugitive Task Force, deputies from the Howell County Sheriff’s Office, and officers from the Willow Springs Police Department arrested 44-year-old Mark A. Howell, of Willow Springs, on an active felony warrant issued out of Howell County.
The warrant listed charges for Tampering with a Judicial Official, Making a Terrorist Threat – 1st Degree, and Harassment – 1st Degree.
Howell was taken into custody without incident at a local business in Willow Springs. Following his arrest, he was transported to the Howell County Jail by members of the Howell County Sheriff’s Office.
