A favorite fall tradition is back in downtown West Plains this evening, as Scare on the Square brings family-friendly Halloween fun to Court Square from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The free trick-or-treating event features safe, walkable activities for children and families, along with booths hosted by local businesses and organizations.
