According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
James Farris, 55 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on October 29th on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for harassment.
Mary Nierman, 37 of Salem, was arrested on October 30th on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.
Andrew Curran, 59 of Oxford, was arrested on October 30th for failure to comply with the sex offender registry.
Randy Baxter, 65 of Jordan, was arrested on October 31st for domestic battery 3rd degree.
Charles Heathcoat, 58 of Calico Rock, was arrested on November 1st pending formal charges related to assault.
Kaiden Withrow, 24 of Calico Rock, was arrested on November 1st for violation of a protection order.
Tara Parham, 43 of Melbourne was arrested on November 1st on 2 counts of assault on family or household member.
