30-year-old Jonathan Goodman and 27-year-old Delenn Bourassa, both from Willow Springs, are charged with first-degree property damage. Police say the two spray-painted graffiti over artwork at 14 Court Square casing an estimated $10,000 in damage. Warrants have been issued with $10,000 bonds.
