Juvenile injured in Thursday morning crash off Highway 160

A 17-year-old boy from Caulfield was injured Thursday morning in a single-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 160, a quarter mile west of Caulfield. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at approximately 7:25 a.m. when the 2010 Ford Explorer the teen was driving ran off the right side of the roadway, striking an embankment and a road sign. The juvenile driver, who was wearing a seat belt, sustained minor injuries and was transported by private vehicle to Ozark Healthcare for treatment.
