State agencies confirm November distributions underway. Families across Missouri and Arkansas relying on the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) will receive their full November benefits, according to announcements from both states. In Arkansas, the Department of Human Services says full November SNAP benefits are being disbursed Thursday night and into Friday. DHS officials noted they have been preparing to issue benefits in accordance with guidance from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Missouri’s Department of Social Services also confirmed that all SNAP participants will receive their full November benefits following the passage of the FY26 Appropriations Act, signed into law on November 12 by President Donald J. Trump. The legislation restores full federal funding for the program. DSS says it is taking immediate steps to get full benefits to Missouri families as quickly as possible. Until the state’s system updates are completed, DSS will continue issuing partial benefits, with remaining amounts to be added automatically. Participants do not need to take any action. Both DSS and DHS say they are working closely with the USDA Food and Nutrition Service and their EBT vendors to ensure funds reach families without delay.
