34-year-old Amanda Young was arrested for four counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Device. Young was also indicted on one count of Misdemeanor Stealing. Young obtained another person’s credit device and used it to pay accounts with White River Electric and PayPal. Bond was set at $5000 cash only.
