The Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop G reports a couple of arrests on Wednesday. 58-year-old James Martin of Hayes, Kansas, was arrested in Carter County for possession of a stolen vehicle and driving while suspended. He was taken to the Carter County jail and placed on a 24-hour hold. 48-year-old Stan Pellham of Theodosia was arrested for felony DWI-persistant offender, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident. He was taken to the Ozark County Jail and placed on a 12-hour hold.
