45-year-old Ian Tice was arrested Wednesday evening in Baxter County and has been charged with negligent homicide, driving while intoxicated, driving left of center, driving with a suspended license, open container of alcohol in a vehicle, obstructing governmental operations, and failure to register a vehicle. He is being held on $50,000 bond.
