
Arkansas State Police have identified a Mountain Home woman who was killed in a three-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon in northern Baxter County. The driver accused of causing the crash is facing multiple charges, including negligent homicide. According to Arkansas State Police, 19 year old Adrianna Alsup, of Mountain Home, was killed in the crash, which occurred at approximately 12:15 p.m. on Arkansas State Highway 201 North, north of Blue Wing Road in Clarkridge. The ASP fatal crash report states that a vehicle driven by 45 year old Ian Michael Tice, of Mountain Home, crossed the centerline and struck Alsup’s vehicle, causing it to rotate in the roadway. Alsup’s vehicle was then struck by a second vehicle driven by Michael Mooney, also of Mountain Home, before leaving the roadway. Mooney was not injured in the crash. According to the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office online jail log, Tice is facing a felony charge of negligent homicide, along with several misdemeanor charges including driving while intoxicated (first offense), driving left of center, driving on a suspended license, having an open alcohol container, obstructing governmental operations, and having expired tags. Tice is currently being held on a $50,000 bond.
