26-year-old Devin Hicks was arrested after a joint investigation with the Children’s Division and the Child Advocacy Center, and the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office. A warrant was issued for 2 counts of Child Molestation in the 2nd Degree and 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Bond was set at $25,000 cash only.
