A Kirbyville, Missouri man was taken into custody Tuesday evening on multiple charges. According to the Marion County Sheriff’s Department, Robert Lee McDonald, 43, was arrested around 7:43 p.m. on Dec. 24. McDonald is charged with theft of property, criminal trespass, and obstructing governmental operations. He is currently being held in the Marion County Jail.
