72-year-old Jimmy Ray Morgam was arrested on charges of third-degree battery, resisting arrest, refusal to submit to a chemical test, disorderly conduct, no seatbelt, failure to obey a police officer, and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle. He was taken to the Sharp County Detention Center.
