29-year-old Wyatt Richmond was arrested on charges of felony resisting arrest, operating an ATV without a proper safety flag, operating an ATV without a triangle, speeding, failure to stop at a stop sign, and careless and imprudent driving. He was taken to the Ripley County Sheriff’s Office and placed on a 24-hour hold.
