Two fugitives were taken into custody on December 31 following a report of individuals with active warrants staying at a residence on County Road 8030, according to the Howell County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies were advised that one of the individuals, Morgan Miller, was wanted on a no-bond Probation and Parole violation through the State of Arkansas. A second individual, Rayndii Tolliver, was reported to have a $5,000 cash-only warrant out of Baxter County, Arkansas, for removal of a theft detection device, organized retail theft, and burglary. When deputies arrived and surrounded the residence, they reported hearing frantic movement inside before a door slammed shut. A resident eventually answered the door but provided conflicting information regarding who was inside the home. Deputies then received consent to enter the residence. While clearing the home, deputies located a bedroom door that was locked and could only be secured from the inside. Deputies made announcements, and shortly thereafter the door was opened. Miller and Tolliver were located inside the room and taken into custody without incident. Both individuals were handcuffed and transported to the Howell County Sheriff’s Office, where they were booked on charges of Fugitive From Out of State.
