Sunday, they arrested 31-year-old Richard Lackie of Gamaliel on charges of possession of a schedule 1 or 2 controlled substance, meth or cocaine. His bond was set at $5,000.
Friday, they arrested 31-year-old Rayndii Tollivar of Cotter and 38-year-old Morgan Miller of Mountain Home. Both are charged with commercial burglary, removal of an anti-theft device, organized retail theft, and parole violation. Both are being held in the Baxter County Detention Center with bond set at $5,000 each.
