Dustin Collins of Mountain View was stopped and did not have a valid driver’s license. A Passenger in the vehicle, Taylor Tate, had a valid license but was not driving. Both Collins and Tate were on parole at the time of the stop. A search of the vehicle uncovered a small amount of a white crystalline substance that tested positive as meth. Both Collins and Tate were arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance; Collins is also charged with driving while suspended.
