Officers then removed him from the vehicle. Harper struggled with officers, and officers suffered minor injuries. Once arrested a search of Harper uncovered a plastic baggie containing a white crystalline substance that field tested positive as meth.  A check of the vehicle identification number showed the vehicle had been reported stolen out of Taney County, Missouri.  Harper faces charges of possession of a controlled substance and tampering with a motor vehicle.
