A man from New York was injured in an accident Sunday morning in Wright County. The Highway Patrol reports the 35-year-old man suffered moderate injuries when he drove off the road and hit a tree, then overturned the Box truck he was driving. The accident happened on Highway 5, two miles north of Grove Springs.
A 17-year-old girl from West Plains was injured in an accident west of West Plains on Sunday afternoon. The Highway Patrol says the girl suffered minor injuries when she failed to negotiate a curve, ran off the road, hit a ditch, and overturned the vehicle she was driving. The accident happened on County Road 6070, three miles west of West Plains.
