The Sheriff’s Office says that 32-year-old Savannah Dickson was arrested on charges of aggravated assault on a certified law enforcement officer or an employee of a correctional facility, possession of a schedule 3 controlled substance, possession of a schedule 4 or 5 controlled substance, furnishing prohibited articles, disorderly conduct and refusal to submit to arrest. She is being held in the Randolph County jail.
