Evalena Begin, 30, of Jonesboro, was arrested for Maintaining Drug Prem Near Drug Free Zone, Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Manufacture Meth/Cocaine and Possession of Sched. I, II Meth/Cocaine LT 2GM.
