ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The St. Louis Cardinals announced Tuesday that they have signed free-agent right-handed reliever Ryne Stanek to a one-year deal for 2026.
The 34-year-old St. Louis-native has posted a 21-23 career record with a 3.85 ERA, 14 saves and 531 strikeouts in 458.1 IP.
He is ranked 15th among all MLB pitchers in career games pitched, with 466 since debuting in 2017.
The Cardinals’ one-year deal with Stanek also includes a club option for 2027.
