Yesterday, the Thayer City Council was called for a special meeting to discuss the approval of Bill 2026-01, Ordinance 2026-02. The ordinance was passed unanimously which allows the Mayor to execute the paperwork request with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission, for the right in/right out work on Highway 63 near the Jordan’s Project. With the approval, work will begin as soon as the permit is approved.
