The Thayer City Council met last night at City Hall for their regular monthly meeting. The Council approved the payment of bills and also approved the renewal of the Saddle Club’s lease of the rodeo arena. The council also approved adding two dollars to the recycling fee. The Council then approved the construction cost of Adams Road. Mayor Donna Martin talked about what the cost includes
