A Baxter County man was injured in a single-vehicle crash Thursday evening in Ozark County. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at approximately 5:20 p.m. on Missouri Route J, about two miles south of Howard’s Ridge. Authorities say a 71-year-old man from Clarkridge was driving when his vehicle ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a concrete culvert. The driver was transported by ambulance to Baxter Health for treatment of moderate injuries. The Missouri State Highway Patrol was assisted at the scene by the Lick Creek Fire Department.
