The Highway Patrol reports the 60-year-old man suffered moderate injuries when his vehicle got stuck in the snow, and he was outside the vehicle when another vehicle hit him and then his vehicle. The accident happened on Missouri 17, seven miles north of Houston. The man was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital.
