50-year-old Scottie Medlock was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, fleeing on foot, assault on a family or household member, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing governmental operations and possession of a schedule 1 or 2 controlled substance. Medlock is currently being held in the Randolph County Detention Center.
