Police reportedly stopped Paula Christeen Gosha of Hoxie and allegedly refused to cooperate with authorities. She became combative and was tased to get her under control. Gosha is charged with resisting arrest, obstructing governmental operations, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and public intoxication. She was taken to the Lawrence County Detention Center.
