45-year-old Richard Aaron Gilbert of Flippin allegedly got into an argument with a woman as she was getting her belongings from the house. She said she was about 50 feet from the house when Gilbert came out on the porch and fired a rifle at her head, narrowly missing. Gilbert is free from jail after posting $25,000 bond.
