On 01/20/26, Deputy Phelan concluded an investigation into a burglary in Gainesville. He applied for a search warrant for a residence in Gainesville, which was issued and served by Deputies. During the execution of the search warrant, the stolen property from the burglary was recovered, as well as methamphetamines, paraphernalia, and firearms. Robert Richie was arrested and booked into jail for Stealing and Burglary. Donald and Jennifer Banks were booked into jail for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a firearm.
