Batesville Superintendent placed on Administrative Leave

The Superintendent at Batesville School has been placed on administrative leave amid allegations of abuse at the preschool.  Dr. Ginni McDonald was placed on leave, and David Campbell was appointed as interim superintendent. Earlier this week, the Batesville Police Department was investigating allegations of abuse at the preschool. In a news release, the Police Department says that they have received three reports from a child abuse hotline. Several search warrants were executed, and interviews were conducted. At this time, no charges have been filed, and at this time no suspect has been identified. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
